OUR BUSINESS METHOD

DISCUSS

Initially, discussions will be held several times before accepting a particular project.

50%UPON CONFIRMATION OF ORDER,

20% UPON DELIVERY MATERIALS ON SITE,

20% UPON FIFTY PERCENT COMPLETION OF WORK,

FINAL, 10% UPON FINAL COMPLETION.

We follow a clear stage-based payment system to ensure transparency and trust throughout every project. Clients pay 50% upon confirmation of order, 20% when materials arrive on site, 20% at fifty-percent completion, and the final 10% upon full completion.

This structured approach allows us to deliver quality at every stage while giving our clients peace of mind.

However, 50/50 and 50/30/20 still applied for certain projects!

AFTER SERVICE

Within a month after completion, we will monitor/inspect the project and will repair any defect/error that arise from us.
