SMH INFINITE cabin is a custom-built portable cabin and tiny house suitable for homestay, farm house, site office, kiosk, business unit, accommodation, or private room. It is built using steel structure, wall panel, flooring, wiring, windows, and door, with layout options based on customer needs.

SMH cabin focuses on stronger structure, better durability, and customization. Cheaper prefab cabins may be suitable for temporary use, but SMH cabins are built for long-term value. Customers can customize size, layout, toilet, partition, balcony, aircond, and finishing according to their usage, budget, and design preference.

SMH cabins use MS hollow steel frame as the main structure, our special SMH G28A Spandex Plank as external wall, and using standard 9mm gypsum board as internal wall and ceiling. Standard flooring uses 18mm plywood. Other finishing options such as cement board, vinyl, epoxy, or plywood panel can be requested.

With proper care and maintenance, SMH cabin can last up to 30 years. Its steel structure makes it stronger and more durable than temporary lightweight cabins. To extend lifespan, place it on stable ground or concrete slab, and regularly check roof joints, paint, sealant, drainage, and wall condition.

Our standard cabin sizes are 10ft x 10ft, 20ft x 10ft, 30ft x 10ft, and 40ft x 10ft. Prices start from RM10,500, RM15,500, RM24,500, and RM30,500 respectively include basic wiring. These prices are for standard cabins and exclude transport, custom layout, toilet, partition, aircond, or other add-ons.

Transport is not included in the standard cabin price because cost depends on delivery location, distance, cabin size, road access, and site condition. Customers should provide exact location or Google Maps pin so we can check the route and estimate transport cost accurately before confirming the final quotation.

Yes, SMH cabin can be customized based on your needs. You may request bedroom layout, toilet position, kitchen area, partition, window placement, door position, balcony, or other design features. A simple sketch, reference photo, and purpose of use will help us prepare a better layout and quotation.

Yes, we provide add-ons such as toilet, partition, balcony, aircond, sliding glass door, and other upgrades. Toilet add-on starts from RM4,500, partition wall from RM900, partition with door from RM1,800, aircond from RM1,950, and sliding glass door from RM3,500, depending on specification and design.

Yes, SMH cabin is suitable for Sabah weather with proper build, placement, and maintenance. For better comfort, customers can add insulation, aircond, awning, roof extension, ventilation, or tinted windows. We also recommend placing the cabin on a proper base and checking roof joints, sealant, and drainage regularly.

Before delivery, customers should prepare a clear, flat, and stable area with enough access for lorry and unloading. For long-term use, we recommend concrete slab or proper footing. This helps keep the cabin level, prevent water pooling, and reduce movement or settlement after the cabin is placed.
